Discovery of usage and/or possession of drugs as classified under the "Misuse of Drugs Act 1971" will result in immediate eviction without notice or refund and the relevant authorites notified

Consideration for other resort members should be taken into account at all times, please keep control of your children, no ball games, no weapons including imitation, replica or recreational and no eBikes or eScooters on site at any time. No littering or storing of waste in or outside the caravan, please use the on site bins provided

Park passes are not included in pricing unless specified, prices available upon request.

Live and remotely recorded CCTV Images are used on the external areas of our property for the purpose of prevention, identification, and reduction of crime and to monitor our property and to provide a safe and secure environment for our guests

We do not accept any liability for loss of or damage to your personal property at any time

Failure to comply with Terms

If any guest is found to be breaching compliance of any one of these terms and conditions or of those displayed in your accomodation; we reserve the right to terminate your booking without refund (unless we are able to relet) and demand immediate vacation of our property.
